We are a consulting firm that specializes in helping small business owners and their teams master the skills needed to move from base camp, having a successful start-up, to the summit, building a self-sustaining enterprise. We work with select companies over the course of 3-12 months with various combinations of the following formats:
- Weekly one hour consulting sessions, one time per week for ten weeks per quarter.
- Monthly half-day consulting sessions, one time per month.
- Full-day or multi-day consulting sessions once per quarter.
